Erasmo Salazar is Warrior of the Month
Congratulations Erasmo Salazar. Erasmo is Sierra High School’s December 2019 Student of the Month. Erasmo is a junior at Sierra High School, he plans to stay at Sierra High School for the start of next school year before transferring back to Fillmore High School to graduate. Erasmo enjoys playing video games and helping his mom in his free time. He is the oldest child in his family, he has a younger brother and two younger sisters. After graduation Erasmo is unsure on a career or college path, but he knows he will be successful. When asked what he likes best about Sierra High School he stated, “I like the all-around positively and how everyone really cares of each other”. Congratulations Erasmo!

Brenda Castillo is Warrior of the Month
Congratulations Brenda Castillo. Brenda was selected as Warrior of the Month. Brenda transferred to Sierra High School at the start of her junior year, her goal is to eventually transfer back to Fillmore High School to graduate with her class. After graduation Brenda would like to attend a community college and study to be a Veterinarian. Her favorite sport is soccer and on her free time she usually stays at home with her family. Brenda has two sisters and one brother. When asked what she likes about Sierra High School she stated, “I like that the school is small and there are less students”. Congratulations Brenda Castillo!
